- Task Taker AI uses telecommunications providers such as Twilio via GHL.
- Standard carrier rates apply.
- Users must obtain express consent from contacts before sending SMS/MMS.
- Opt-out (“STOP”) messages must be honored immediately.
- We may store compliance records including opt-in and opt-out logs.
4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We may share information with:
4.1 Service Providers
Including but not limited to:
- Twilio
- Stripe
- Hosting providers
- Cloud storage services
- Analytics platforms

- Failures of third-party providers (GHL, Twilio, Stripe, cloud hosting, etc.)
- Delays or non-delivery of SMS/email
- Appointment system failures
- AI inaccuracies or unexpected behavior
- Business losses or revenue loss due to system issues
This is a core condition of accessing the Services.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by California and U.S. law:
✔ Task Taker AI, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for ANY damages, including:
- Direct, indirect, or incidental damages
- Consequential or punitive damages
- Loss of data or corruption
- Loss of business, customers, revenue, or profits
- Business interruption or operational loss
- Delays, outages, downtime, or disruptions
- Recovery or reconstruction costs
- Security breaches or hacks
This applies even if we were warned such damages were possible.
✔ Maximum Liability
If liability cannot be waived:
The total liability of Task Taker AI shall not exceed the amount paid to Task Taker AI in the prior 12 months, or $0 where legally allowed.
7. NO WARRANTIES
The Services are provided:
“AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” and without warranties of any kind.”
We provide no assurances regarding:
- Uptime
- Accuracy
- Reliability
- Availability
- Data integrity
- Performance
- Error-free operation
- Use is strictly at your own risk.
8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users are solely responsible for:
- Obtaining SMS/email consent
- Complying with marketing laws
- Backing up their own data
- Monitoring automation accuracy
- Preventing unauthorized access to their accounts
Task Taker AI is not responsible for failures by users to follow legal requirements.
9. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California residents may request:
- Access to personal data
- Correction
- Deletion
- Details regarding data usage

10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Task Taker AI from all claims, damages, losses, fines, liabilities, or legal fees resulting from:

- Your unlawful or negligent conduct
- Your violation of terms or applicable law
